Happy MLK Day!
I received a call from Grace today. She helped ease my mind about this adoption process. When you contract with a smaller agency, I think I'm finding out that you do a lot of the work yourself. That could be bad for a "first-timer" like me. I have no idea if I'm doing the right thing at the right time. (Deep breath...) I never have taken the "easy" way though. Kenneth and I have prayed about what agency to work with, and he had an instantaneous reaction to Hope Adoption Agency. So time will tell...

It is going to be a piece of cake, I promise!! I had my dossier completed in 3 little less than 3 months. It really isn't all that bad once you get going on it!

Holly, I can completely relate. But don't worry you have definitely chosen the right agency. Everyone at Hope is either going through it or has just finished so you are in good hands. Of course, we are all in our Heavenly Father's hands through this journey as well and through him all things are possible!! Just know you can call on any of us at any time.
